Mr. Christopher J. Simons is the Director of Bands at Osceola Middle School. He studied four years of music education at the renowned Florida State University College of Music. His principal instrument and area of study was the euphonium. He has been involved with the Symphonic Band and top level Wind Orchestra at FSU.

Since graduating from FSU he has taught two years of middle school band at Ormond Beach Middle School in Volusia County and 1 year of itinerant music in Pinellas County. Mr. Simons is recently married to Mrs. Rebecca Simons who teaches strings at Largo Middle School. He is pleased and proud to be the director at Osceola Middle School.

He states, “It is my goal to make sure every OMS Band student has a love of music and enjoys making music on their instrument. Always contact me when you have a question.”
