Volunteers really do brighten our day here at OMS! We have been so fortunate to have so many wonderful people who enjoy coming to our school on a regular basis to help us no matter what we ask of them. Enthusiastically, there is never a job that is too big or small, all of our needs are met and we thank you so very much for your continued work and support. Our front office has been blessed with help from Susan Malone, Lisa Tellone, Denise Goodner, and Sara Elkington. Our mentors never fail to amaze me with their constant dedication to our students. We appreciate Jim Fitzgerald, Tammy Chester, Dianne Constantino, Kimber Sawicki and Jennifer Johnston. They have given many, many hours of their time and expertise. Our week would not be complete without the smiling faces of Joann Meredith who has tirelessly helped Cathy Guy in the media center for years and Patti Remy who brightens Mrs. Brown and her science classes with her continued volunteering and help in whatever capacity necessary. We can never forget our high school students who make their way here all week long to tutor, and assist teachers in the classroom. Hopefully, the experiences they encounter at our school will help them realize and appreciate what the educational process is all about and how valuable education is in their own lives. Last, but certainly not least, we thank and commend our SAC and PTSA members for their important role in assisting our students, teachers and school in so many ways. Mrs. Stiehler, Mrs. DeAngelo, Mrs. Walser, Mrs. Reynolds, and Mrs. Saltzman thanks for always being there for us. We have countless parents who help by positively impacting our fieldtrips, musical and sport competitions and family/student outings and activities. We could NEVER do it without you!! We thank you and again say, the world is a better place when people like you are so willing to give! |
